Well fellas, in addition to the new patch has come many new rumors. a few of the ones that I have heard;
GW may be going to pay to play (god Forbid). If this is true I'm going back to SWG.
Another one that I have heard is that they released the new user license agreement because of duplicating programs and people impersonating A-net officials. Actually, I have herd many in regards to the USLA but that one was the most logical.

What do you guys think? True or not? Heh, throw some of your own rumors that you have heard up here too if ya want

All that I have heard indicates that GW is NOT going to be pay to play. You will have to shell out some gold for chapter 2 but no online fees.

If GW would ever go to pay to play, it would be yet another game that would sit and collect dust like DAoC does now.......

well during the week leading up to the SF update people were saying that gw WAS going to be pay 2 play and i also heard that in the expansion there would be a sort of pub where u go and relax and a place where u can cut ur hair :S

i believe that anet will not ruin the advantage they had over the other MMORPG since no monthly fees is one of Guild Wars's main attraction. If Anet is implementing pay for play, i think there is a lot of players who are going to other MMORPG instead. In short, this will lead them to slow death.
